Mike Wall wins seat on Town Council.  Town Council candidate Mike Wall, who clearly states his opposition to the RGC proposal, wins the April 12 special election.

RGC terminates the ENA.  Robert Green sends a letter to the interim Town Manager terminating the Exclusive Negotiating Agreement.

November 2022

Mayoral and Town Council Election. One of the most important issues for Windsor residents was reflected in the outcome of the November Town Council election. Those who voted for Rosa Reynoza, Mike Wall and Sam Salmon agreed that residents should be considered primary stakeholders in the Civic Center and Town Green. It's time to thoroughly evaluate the condition of the Civic Center buildings and move forward based on facts rather than rumors.
