2015  Town of Windsor General Plan Update Community Survey. The survey reveals that there is “little enthusiasm for redeveloping the north side of the Town Green and relocating current buildings near that location.”

​2016  Town initiates Civic Center planning study. The study moves forward based on the assumption that all Civic Center facilities need to be replaced, although the Town has no building condition assessments for the existing facilities and only a rough space plan for new ones.

2016  Sonoma County Regional Library assessment. The assessment of the Windsor Library finds the building in good condition and recommends no major changes.
